License and age

The costumer, holder of A,D,F,G,H,K and L group driver licenses must be at least 21 years of age and have a driving experience of at least 1 year.P,S and M group license holders must be 27 years of age and have at least 2 years of driving experience (for Turkey) or the required experience needed abroad.

Extra Driver

The costumer at Nissa Car Rental is allowed to add another 3 drivers on the agreement when they are holder of the necessary driving licenses and passports.For this service, there is an extra charge of 5€ per day.

Duration of the rental

There is a minimum of 24 (twenty four) hours. For longer term rentals we can apply special prices.

Upgrade

An agreement for 1 day can be upgraded with 3 hours, at a fee of 1/3 of the daily rental price as agreed. When exceeding the 3 hours, a full day will be charged.The upgrade is due to the agreement of Nissa Car Rental.

Prices

The rental price includes third party loyalty, (within the policy rules), insurance and 18% VAT. Changes in VAT will be charged immediately. The fuel is not included in the rental price and is at behalf of the costumer.  Driver service and translator are at extra charge. We require a 48 hour notice when a baby seat is required.

Payment Methods
Car Rental Payments by Credit cards (VisaCard, MasterCard) validated by Nissa or cash are accepted. Regardless of the type of payment, approximate rental fee will be collected at the delivery of the vehicle and final calculation will be made at the end of the lease.
 

Insurance

Insurance validity; the following are not covered by the insurance policies: not submitting the accident reports, theft and alcohol reports/or driving the the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug; exceeding legal speed limits  specified by the Law No. 2918  on Road Traffic; 3rd Persons, not specified in the rental agreement, driving the vehicle; damages arising from misuse, glass, mirror, headlight crashes, tire cut as well as notdelivering the original key and the vehicle's license to Nissa Car Rental offices   in case of theft of vehicle; using for freight and/or passenger transport; using the vehicle on purpose of test drive or as a race car in roads closed to traffic in runways and / or off –road race courses.

In addition, changing, without notice of Nissa Car Rental officials, the location of the vehicle at the accident site before the competent traffic expert and/or law enforcement forces make the necessary investigation and report findings, and making a misleading statement will result in the cancellation of all coverages.

Benefit from the insurance cover depends on the signing the part of the Nissa Car Rental Lease Agreement relating to insurance coverage at the beginning of the Agreement.

Nissa Car Rental, may change without prior notice, these conditions and information and the type of vehicle determined at booking.  Ou vehicles cannot be taken abroad without our permit.

In case of an accident, it is mandatory to inform as soon as possible the Nissa Car Rental Office officials from whom you received the vehicle and/or Nissa Car Rental Central Office by phone.

Taking and return of the vehicle

The car has to be returned in original  order, in working state and all other legal conditions as mentioned in the agreement. İf not, all extra costs are for the costumer.

The taking and drop of is free of charge in the region boundaries of Nissa Car Rental and its offices. İn this region, after having informed the rental company, it is possible to drop of the car at the hotel, work place, airport, port, station of busstation. When dropped of out of the region, an additional fee will be charged. When dropped of in another region, a extra fee will be charged towards the nearest Nissa Car Rental office.

Traffic penalties

Traffic fines, highway, ETC, illegal migration, and interest rates costs, bridge toll fines that may incur during the rental period belongs to the Leaser.  At the end of the lease, the related liabilities will will be paid and the receipts be delivered to the lessor.  In case of the retention of traffic of the vehicle by traffic police, the related period  will be included in the rental period.
